EB3 I-140 Receiving Date Beginning of April 2007. LUD 03/23/08. Still pending

Although NSC shows processing time for EB3 -140 is March 10, i am still concerned. appears too long. TSC is in end of Aug 2007 now.

NSC did not make any progress in last month. Unbelievable!!

Any one has similar situation?
