AUGUST VISA BULLETIN OUT
It is showing all numbers as unavailable, but the deal is confirmed here. Note that they are hedging on August and will presumably reissue shortly or issue an advisory.
D. JULY EMPLOYMENT-BASED VISA AVAILABILITY
After consulting with Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Visa Office advises readers that Visa Bulletin #107 (dated June 12) should be relied upon as the current July Visa Bulletin for purposes of determining Employment visa number availability, and that Visa Bulletin #108 (dated July 2) is hereby withdrawn.
E. AUGUST EMPLOYMENT-BASED VISA AVAILABILITY
All Employment-based preference categories are “Unavailable” for August. At this time, it is uncertain whether any numbers will be returned and can be reallocated at a future date. Until informed otherwise, all readers should assume that the categories will remain unavailable until October, which is the beginning of the new fiscal year.

USCIS CONFIRMS DEAL
My source in Washington is telling me that USCIS has officially confirmed the deal and that the terms are set. 31 days. More details to file....

USCIS SET TO GRANT ONE MONTH FILING PERIOD FOR ADJUSTMENTS
Now that Immigration Voice has posted a notice stating that USCIS is going to grant a 31 day period to file adjustment cases to settle the Visa Bulletin mess, I'm able to confirm that this is the information I was told yesterday by my sources. I can confirm that this was the deal that was apparently agreed to as of yesterday evening, though until the news release comes out USCIS can, of course, alter the plan once again. Apparently, one of the issues in contention was the period of time that would be granted for filing. As soon as I get anything official, I will post.

AILF TO USCIS: WE'RE READY TO RUMBLE
MITdoc, an alert reader, just posted the link to AILF's press release warning USCIS that it has finished preparing its lawsuit and will file it depending on what the proposed solution is that is offered by USCIS (maybe today, maybe tomorrow - who knows?). According to AILF
AILF will review any proposals by the Administration to resolve this issue, and will determine the best course of action in light of those proposals. While we remain hopeful that the Administration will take the actions necessary to avoid the filing of the lawsuit, further delays or incomplete solutions will compel us to move forward with litigation.
We thank the hundreds of people - intending immigrants and their lawyers - who have contacted us to be plaintiffs and support the litigation. We received emails and calls from more than 500 people in the last two weeks. Your efforts have enabled us to prepare a very strong challenge to the government's actions.
