我们这几天庆祝战胜，实在是热闹的很。可是战胜的，究竟是那一个?我们庆祝，究竟是为那个庆祝?我老老实实讲一句话，这回战胜的，不是靠小布什的压力，是全部EB类移民的新精神。不是那一国EB的游行或资本家的Outsource威胁，是全世界的EB。我们庆祝，不是为那一国或那一国的一部分人庆祝，是为全世界的EB Current庆祝。是为打败USCIS庆祝，是为打败DOS庆祝。
