I hold old H1 visa, it should be expired in Dec this year. This June, I changed job from one university to another, and did H1 transfer (From July this year till 2010), now I have H1 transfer receipt and no approve notice yet. If it is possible for my hu*****and apply during this period, using this transfer receipt and my pay tub?
