I filed my PERM on JULY 13th, I guess July 13 is my PD, right ? It's still pending....... how desperate :(

my question is

1. If my PERM is approved before JULY 31, will I be eligible to file 140 and 485 ? Prying .....

2. if my PERM is approved after July 31 and before August 18, Can I file 140 and 485 concurrently ?

3. If my PERM is approved after August 18th, I guess I can file 140 first , I'll see 485 in 3 years. Crying....................... I just hate my HR ..............

My friend's PERM got approved in two weeks at TSC.....

Only if approved before July 31, you can file 140/485 together.
