PERM 的有效期BEFORE JULY 2007 xyz77882007-07-19 05:51:47

Pjiang, XiaoBaiTu, Radiology and Da Xia men:

I know the valid period form PERM is 180 days after July 16. How long is the valid period before July 16?

My attorney made mistake in my I-140. He refile for me in Apr 2007, but my perm was approved in Apr 2006, more than 180 days ago. Is the PERM valid for the refiled I-140?

I already got the Receipts Notice for the refiled I-140.
