All documents are ready and I was going to file I485, but my boss told me today that I have to pay him a huge dollar amount otherwise he is going to invoke my green card application and H1-B. I have worked for him for over 2 years and my I-140 is approved. Is it legal to do this? If not, I am going to sue him, if I do so, am I eligible to apply for I485 then?
