我是EB2，140 批了，现准备递485，可是这个星期就要被LAID OFF。
请教：
１．如果我现在递４８５，ＥＭＰＬＯＹＥＲ答应不取消我的１４０，我应该等到ＥＡＤ，然后靠ＥＡＤ工作呢，还是ＴＲＡＮＳＦＥＲ Ｈ１？如果TRANSFER H1，那在180内换工作，485就会被DENY 吗？
2. My I140 sponsor is not the same as my H1 sponor alrough the owner is the same person(small companies), the 180 day regulation still applys here?
My lawyer said for my case, the 180 day does not apply. The employer can revoke my I 140 even after 180 days after I submit my I 485, is it true?
3. If I transfer my H1 in 2 weeks and I485 is submitted tomorrow, is there any week I can still keep this I485? If so, how?
