part 3 question 8 好象是applicable only in cases with two joint sponsors, 那么sponsor 是petitioner (非two joint sponsors) 时是否不用回答question 8?
如果question 8 不用回答，and no other family members immigrating, part 3 question 10 的数字是 0 还是1？ part 5 question 21 该如何回答？ (我想household size is 2 in this case)
