485 June filer after 6/14: NSC-TSC got receipt notice today pingponglover2007-07-23 17:20:57

As subject, I got my receipt number through calling USCIS customer service. I am not sure when the attorney will inform me or if she would take the initiative to inform me.

Anyway I got a SRC receipt#. Here is the details:

PD: 11/05 I-140 approved at TSC
I-485 package originally mailed to NSC on 6/18/07
on 7/19/07 TSC received application and sent notice

So June filers mailed to NSC later than 6/14 should get notice as TX_Kitty predicted.
If I-140 is approved at TSC, most likely the case will be transferred to TSC again.
Cases usually won't get lost by regular certified postal mail. Patience is extremly needed.

Mine delivered June 20 NSC, received today. ND July 17.

My 140 received on July 16. No hope for receipt. I just want

same boat - I485, June 18 -nothing happens

Mine is June 18, checked not cashed, nothing happens

What do you mean "No hope for receipt..."?
