请教UPS 邮递问题，USCIS的PO BOX 有人签收邮件吗？真是头痛！ lovecheese2007-07-24 22:17:15

上周收到I-485 REF的通知，就立刻补交了材料，周六上午用UPS 的EMPRESS MAIL发出了补件。想着周一上午能寄到TX的PO BOX 852381.但今天周二一查我的邮件却是下面的信息。难道PO BOX 852381 上午11：32 没有人接收邮件吗？还是PO BOX 就没有人签邮件呀？早知如此不如走挂号信，白浪费的偶的银子，还想着邮件会不会被退回来：（
