I submitted the first 485 based on the pending NIW 140 on July 2,But no receipt yet. then just right after that, my Eb1a 140 was approved. I plan to submit the second 485 based on approved Eb1a 140,since I have no recipt for the first 1485, can I attach a cover letter to explain my situation and tell them I will withdraw the first I485 based on pending NIW 140?
I read your notes before that you suggested it is better to keep both 485 in case the Eb1a 485 is denied, what I should do then?
Do you think I need to attach the cover letter to explain the first 485 or no need?
