Please help about POJ法-why always to Nabraska service center Celery20062008-07-24 17:50:23

I tried to caLL many times using POJ method, but it is always connected to the Nabraska service center and it is said a customer service representative will answer my phone, does someone know how the call can be connected to the officer?
