Does somebody has an idea about the POJ method?
I tried to call using the traditional POJ method. sometimes it is said there is no IO available, sometimes the call was transferred to the NSC, How do I know whether my case was assigned to an IO or not? If the case was assigned to an IO,was the call always said there is no IO available or the IO will talk with you? Many thanks
