I was ready to ted me and my hu*****and's 485 and got the rfe for my NIW 140, I think I will go ahead to ted my 485, since I am on H1, I should lose nothing but some money if I140 denied, the problem is my hu*****and, he will start his opt in August, if 140 denied, will he lose his opt status immediately and need to go back to China to get H4? if he get a job from non profit orgnization, will he need to go back to China to get his H1b, can he adjust his status inside USA?
