EAD-H1B, is it possible? xiaoyu1937 文学城

I had a job offer from industry, but not H1 visa availble, since I am in non profit orgnization, can I use EAD now, when H1 became available, apply H1B, some people said it is impossible, can anyone have solid answer for that? thanks. I am sick of this postdoc thing, don't even mind if need to apply my green card again.The industry job is in the same area, though.
