Entered USA first time in October of 2000. Did I-140 based on NIW by myself without hiring lawyer. I-140 RD/ND: May 14, 2002. I-140 approved on Novmember 20, 2002, no RFE.
Did I-485 by myself. I-485 RD: September 09, 2002; ND: September 11, 2002, concurrent submission.
Did FP on Demember 15, 2002.
I-485: Approved on April 06, 2004, just after FP expirated about one month. NO RFE.
Received I-485 approval notice April 14, 2004; Did Passport stamped on April 19.
Green card ordered on April 28, 2004, and mailed on April 30.
Finally received GC card on May 03, 2004.
On the card, it is stated that my permanent resident started on the I-485 approval date (April 06, 2004), not the card issued date (April 28, 2004).
