PERM denied by ATL. The denial reason is " the employer did not authorize the application ...". HR managers answered the questions and got a confirmation email from DOL which said "confirm the application, the application now continue in process ..."
The lawyer filed a request for reconsideration.
1. how long does it take to get approved after filing reconsideration?
2. During waiting, is there anything we (I,lawyer, employer) can do to speed up the reconsideration process? If we ask help from Senators, will it help to speed up the process?
3. After it is approved, my PD will be the original file date or reconsideration file date?
4. Will ATL give a new case# for reconsideration?
