I140 update without new information xintian2007-08-06 15:50:36

I filed my LC-based I-140 5 months ago to TSC and found the second LUD with the same information as the recieving notice. Does that mean that the officer is dealing with my case? How long does it usually take to get the decision for the I140 case once they begine to process the petition?
