2009, May, planned to do the WOM and visited the local office for infopass. was told that both my husnand's and my background check were incompleted yet.
2009 may, worked on collecting documents and materials for WOM.
2009 May, sent letter to FBI, first lady and USCIS for the background check the processing the case of I485
2009 June 10 , Taxes center called the lawyer to get my w2, paycheck record and current employment verification
2009 June 15, sent back the request documents to the lawyer.
2009 June 16, the Lawyer fax the request document to TAXES center,
2009 June 17. Received the email and online case update that my I485 is approved and card ordered.
2009 June 16, my third EAD card was approved and became no-use now.
We think that taking action to contact, senator, first laday, FBI and writing letter to USCIS do helped things out in the past couple of months.

Although all of my family suffered the long distance seperation for 3 yrs and finally, we made it. During the 5yrs, my husnad got his ph.D degree and found a good job with H1B. We worked very hard and try to enjoy the life without worrying about the green card application too much. Next month, we will have second baby and I probably may think about staying at home for a while since my grean card is there just in time.

May everybody getting your GC soon!
