dear all, I have a question on filing NIW I140, please give me some hints:
I am a postdoctoral scholar. In I140 from, Part 6, question 7: is this a permanent job? To be honest it should be "NO".
I found this from Pjiang's article:
"7. Is this a permanent position?
是否永久职位（注意：申请移民的前提是有一个永久职位）".
What did he mean? As I know, even an F1 student can file an NIW. How can that be a permanent job for a student? Pjiang made a mistake?
Should I still write "NO"?
