My PD is 06/04, EB2. I called uscis for my case on 07 August and got a 45day ref. Yesterday, I received the reply letter from USCIS which which make me very confused! Here below is the summary of the letter:
Your case is actively processing and your case need additional review and we need more time. Please contact with us if you do not receive any information within 6 months.
I understand that the cuttoff date in Oct is 01/04/08 and I will have to wait for the visa number. I am wondering if it is a sign that my case is with a IO officer now and just waiting for the visa number or something else? How long does it usually take to get "greened" after getting such letter?
