has two I140 , one is RIR EB3 and One is PERM EB2 all approved before filing I485 at the early of last July. I485 recieved on July 5, 2007 by USCIS.
Called Service Center at the late of August and got response last Thursday that told me that I am in EB3, so no visa number available.
I called Service Center again the next day to clariy that I have I140 of EB, I was instructed to send a letter to NSC (Nebraska) and ask them to review my case based on EB2. I am not sure whether this is really work. Becasue I have snet a letter early of June, but never get a wrod back.
My lawyer told me he already filed an I140 interfling about two weeks ago. What the INTERFLING means?
My alwyer doesn't encourage me to do anything at this point and ask me just wait.
Did my lawyer not file I140 for me based on EB2 at the first place last year?
I need I485 be granted urgently becasue of the high international student tuition for my daugheer vs local student, which is too much for me. What I shall do?
Some folks suggest me write letter to Congressman and Senator for helps. I think this may be a good way to excelerate the process. I am in MO and file I485 to NSC.
Please advise where I can find the right congressman or Senator, name, address, phone, fax, etc?
Is there any standard Template/Sample Letter that I can follow?
