I had RIR as EB3 in July 2003 or my PD as of July 2003, then I did perm based EB2. at the early last year, the initial approved PERM of I140 made wrong of my PD at the beginning of last June then USCIS corrected it to my origional PD as July 2003. But I was told by USCIS today (response letter to my phone call) that my type is BE3. It is also not recogenized who is my lawyer in the letter.
I have three questions:
1. Why my lawyer is not recognized, he did all in filing all my petitions during the whole process from day one?
2. What is the best approach to solvee this problem? Any inpiut is appreciate.
3. I will try to call USCIS to clarify the situation and what will be the best guess that I can get my GC since the cut off date of visa for EB2 is April 2004 and I am current. I filed I485 at the beginning of last July. I am frustrated by the tuition issue of my daughter, becasue she has to pay INternational Student Fee right and I am expecting to have GC granted pretty fast to work with her university and try to get this thing corrected - treat her as local student. This is the most uegent issue, becasue the tuition is too much to handle.
