My friends - a couple - are both more that 40 and have no child. They work in US on H1B visa. Recently they adopted a 10 years old girl in China from relative. They want apply H4 for this girl to come to US. Is there any problem for the H4 application? And what kind of materials should they prepare and send to US embassy in China for the H4 application?
