My 485 is EB3 based and submit to Texas Service Center and current from 7/1/2010 (PD is July 2003). On 6/28/2010, my daughter's I485, somehow because of error, was submit to MSC (Missouri Service Center) which usually only process family-based application. MSC did accept the application and send me the receipt number and finger print notice.

However, MSC recently send a letter asking for initial evidences including (1)Evidence of immigrant visa petition and (2) Affidavit of Support form I-864. It seem EB-based application don't need these kind of documents.

I had got our green card on July 13. Now the question is how
to handle my daughter's application:

1. Should we write a letter to MSC and let them transfer the case to Texas
service center in order to process it as EB-based application?

2. Can we submit a new 485 application to Texas service center based on EB3 (the
question is we had got our green card!)?

3. Should we continue the 485 as family-based at MSC by submit new documents
like I130 and I864?

It's really confusing, could pjiang, 863211 or other experts point me to the
right direction?

Thanks so much!
