看了小白兔昨天回答的reflash78 的问题，AOS 身份, 没有AP, 回国去签H1B， pending 的I-485 就作废了,是吗？如何挽救呢? My hu*****and was H4, then he used EAD based on my pending I-485. He got H1b approval notice early this year, he doesn't have AP, and he has gone back China to apply for the H-1b visa. He has the appointment in Beijing on August 22. Is the I-485 still OK for him if he comes back with H1b visa? If not, what can we do? Thank you very very much.
