有个困惑, 485上交180天后可以换工作,旧雇主不能报复性的取消已经批准的确140.问题是,如果没有换工作,雇主是否可以在180天后破坏我的绿卡申请?有个美国人老欺负我,至今不敢反抗,想等待180天后去告状,可以么?谢谢了.
