请求高人指点：
我持婚姻绿卡将满三年（至今年11月），可因婚姻不合，有考虑离婚。若我在递出入籍申请后再申请离婚，会影响我的入籍申请吗？若要等入籍宣誓，那又大约要多久呢？我在南加州。
不是我存心利用我老公，只是实在有许多无奈和难言之隐。

不能，即使没有离婚只是分居都不可以，要四年九个月后才可以申请入籍

没有CONDITIONAL的婚姻绿卡满3年后就可以申请公民，对吗？

condition的婚姻绿卡3年后申请公民也没有问题，即使这时正式绿卡还没有下来
