GC application denied PHD992004-05-14 16:56:52

My GC application has just been denied. So I cannot use EAD to work. My current employer agreed to do a H1B for me. Should I leave the country to process the H1-B application? Are there any other choices if I don't want to do H1B?

u have to leave if already use

you can change to F1,

can't change
