EAD已批(on 7/13/2007),但online profile is not updated, EAcard自然也不见踪影. Change of address strangely delayed.
请问:
1. 如果EAD被邮寄到old address, would it be forwarded or would it be returned to CIS?
2. How do I have my approval status updated? Right now, 我自己在CIS的网页看不到EAD已经批了.(两周半前去了INFOPASS 的appoitment, the officer there told me it's been approved). 每次打customer service的800电话,customer service people只能看到两个月前一条old update. 只有immigration officers can see my status of approval. (Most of the customer service people refuse to forward me on to any officer, lying to me that they don't have any officers there. I have to call three or more times to get a flexible and sympathetic person who's willing to forward me on.)
