我的Ｉ－４８５是四月份交的，到现在还没有受到ＦＰ。经过多次与公司ＨＲ交涉，今天她终于帮我和公司律师联系了。通过律师和ＴＳＣ的ＩＯ电话，终于发现我的ＦＰ在五月中旬就Schedule了，但正好那几天移民局的系统出了故障，那段时间内就没有发出任何通知。从那以后，就再也没人管我的ＦＰ。
如果有ＸＤＪＭ和我的情况差不多的，请尽快和你的律师联络把。
通过这件事可以看出，让有实力的律师帮忙办绿卡，还是有好处的，他们有我们没有的和ＣＩＳ沟通的渠道。要不是律师帮忙，我这个ＦＰ还不知道要出什么状况呢。以下是律师发给我的eamil中关键部分：
