I filed I-485 on july 2 and got no receipt. I called USCIS a moment ago. The Rep transferred my call to an officer. He was very nice and checked my name and DOB in the system and found nothing. He told me that my package could be lost and asked me for detailed information and filed a report on the lost package. He gave me a confirmation number to track the report. Anyone had the same situation?
