My case:
The substituted 140 (EB2, PD:2005/11) has been approved, The 140 based on my own LC(EB2, PD 2007/01)submitted on July, 2007 and it is pending now,485 was submitted with my own 140 receipt on Aug. 2007.
1. Is there any benefit I can get from the approved 140 for the submitted
485?
2. Do I need withdraw the 140 application based on my own LC?
3. Or can I send the approved 140 approval notice to IRS and ask them to
update my record, to take advantage of the approved 140.
4. And by the way, if the 485 has been submitted, is that means early
priority date will lose its advantage ? If not, what kind of advantage for
the early priority date?
