I moved from east cost to California last year. My lawyer is in New York.
Just realized that my lawyer sent my 485 application to Dallas on Jul. 29.
My lawyer's office is in New York but I am in California. If based on the state (CA) I am living in, it should be sent to Nebraska.
Have you ever heard this kind of case?
Will TSC reject it?
Haven't received anything yet.
