Dear XBT and other experts,
I am H1B, I am planning to invite my-parent-in-law coming visit my family. My questions are:
1) should I write the letter by my own or I need to include my wife (H14)?
2) Should I have to provide I-134 as supporting document? Does employment verification letter (indicating date of my employment, wage, etc.), bank statement be enough as financial support document?
3) my wife has be in and out the US few years ago and this time she has been here for more than three years. Does this may impact her parents visa application since she has not gone back in the past three years.
Appreciate any input.
