Hey everyone. I am sorry that I can not type Chinese on this machine.
but I got this notice below and I am moving on Sep. 15th. I did not know it
would be this fast, so I have already arrnaged all the moving. and cannot be
changed.
question:
Since it is already mailed to my current address, can I go ahead send the
address change IR 11 now, and by the time I send wahtever they request
from me, they would already have my new address, and I take care of things from there?
OR WHAT should I do> Please kindly advise if you know..thanks
