律师突然反口,My situation is: Eb1 based I-140 approaved, 485 pending. My lawyer said since I have approaved I-140, I am NOT Eligible to extend h1 visa beyond 6th year, I can only apply for EAD card, is she right? 时间紧急，真心请教，谢谢！
