Can my employer revoke my I140 after my I485 pending for >180 days. I read your blog regarding changing job. But it is not clear to me what is the possible adverse consequence of changing job after I485 pending >180 and I140 approval?
In your blog, it is also mentioned that alien should have EAD. Does that means you have to use EAD (not H1b) to work for new employer?
