How come my company received a letter says PERM(EB2) is pending because I have a approved (EB3) and I have to withdraw one. I have to make a decision in 10 days.
my case:
: I485 pending(based on EB3, I140 still pending) PD:June,2005
: 2nd Perm is pending based on EB2. Company just got a letter from USCIS and stating that 2nd Perm still pending is because I have a proved Perm. I need to withdraw one PERM. Is this normal?
: Lawyer ask me to choose EB3,but EB3 has a long wait for my PD.What should I do??
