My attorney filed 140 for me. he didn't ask my family information, so he didn't fill out my son's name on 140 (I was single with one son at that time). Now I filed my 485 by myself and I got married right before I filed my 485, so I filled out my hu*****and's name and my son's name on 485.
Will this be a problem? I mean will INS ask me why I didn't provide my son's name on 140?
