I ted my 485 (EB Based) in July 07
My hu*****and (born in southern America) is illegal but covered by 245i, and currently waiting for his PD (family based) to become current.
He did not ted 485 with me together because he has some other document problem.
My question is that if I can request “alternate chargibility” for my 485 even though my hu*****and has not ted his 485 yet?
