我的爸爸持single entry B1 visa, his visa expired in June 2007, but his I-94 card granted him until 11/2007 to stay in US.
我希望爸爸回国一个月，然后再申请 b1 visa to come back for antoher six months. But I was told that it will be difficult to get antoehr Visa in such a short period of time since he just came back from US. Is it true?
But if I file extension for them now, I was told that even the extension get approved, they may not get another visa again because immigration officier does not like people who filed for extension.
