I read radiology's article. http://blog.wenxuecity.com/blogview.php?date=200611&postID=25863 In summary, Radiology thinks that after 180 days, formal employee can still revoke approved 140 to set obstcles to 485.
I am confused after my lawyer told me that after 180 of filing 485. My formal employer can't do anything to touch my 140 and 485. I won't be purposely make them mad or quit my job in short notice, but just want to make sure what the exact law is. I am afraid that they tell me one thing and later on do another to harm my GC.
