I would like to answer all questions together here:

1). 485 RFE
First one: confirm still work in the same area due to NIW
Second one: provide EAD or H1, but I also provide employer letter

2). WOM: Filed by a lawyer in May 2007, got MTD in Aug, file an opposite oppnion in Aug, nothing happens after that

3). First lady address: please see link
