H-1B extension beyond 6-year Period Greenseeker2007-10-04 21:51:30

If someone get I-140 approved, but the date of his LCA/I-140 filing is less than one year when the 6-year period of his H-1b status expires, Can he be qualified to extend his H-1b for the 7th year?
