Where is my I-140 Greenseeker 文学城

I concurrently filed I-140, I-485 and I-131 on July 28 to TSC. I recieved the receipts of I-131 and I-485 from CSC a few days ago, but no information is available on my I-140 yet. Where is I-140 now, TSC or CSC?
