I submitted I-140 12/2006, last week, received notice from USCIS for additional information about my computer science bachelor degree, which is 3-year bachelor degree, my case is EB2 based on bachelor degree plus 5 -years experience, does this 3-year bachelor degree effect my 1-140 approvel?
