H1 Visa Stamp NYYC2004-06-06 19:58:51

I came to the US with a J1 visa in 2000 and changed to F1 status in 2001. Currently my visa status is H1. What's the chance of getting a H1 stamp in Shanghai? Or shall try it in CJ? I was subject to the 2 year rule of J1, will this affect the stamp? Thanks?
