本人在一家金融公司工作了一年多，现在想申请绿卡，发信过去问公司律师，结果收到回复如下：
the employee must have been employed by XX（公司名） in the US for at least one year, attained the level of Manager, and received a rating of "B" or greater during the last appraisal round.
按这个速度来说，我起码还要干上两三年才能算上Manager的头衔。。。郁闷啊，该怎么办呢？请问各位大侠申请绿卡时候是不是一定得全盘按照公司的死规矩来～～～～～～
